Welcome to Zelda Corner (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our
website at zelda-corner.com (the “Site”) and any related services, including the purchase of custom photo prints and
related products. By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site or placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Your use of our Site, products, and services is subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If there is any conflict between these Terms and other policies, these Terms will control to the extent permitted by law.
2. Definitions
- Customer: any individual or entity that purchases or attempts to purchase products from the Site.
- Products: custom photo prints and related items offered for sale on the Site.
- Order: a Customer’s request to purchase Products through the Site.
- Account: a registered user profile with associated login credentials.
- Content: text, images, graphics, reviews, files, or other materials displayed on or submitted through the Site.
- Uploaded Content: photos, images, text, or other files you upload for custom printing or personalization.
3. Accounts and Security
Certain features may require an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account.
If you believe your Account has been compromised, contact us immediately at contact@zelda-corner.com.
4. Orders, Custom Products, and File Requirements
When you place an Order, you are making an offer to purchase Products subject to these Terms. All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an Order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or issues with Uploaded Content.
Because our products are custom-made, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details you submit, including (where applicable) image selection, crop/preview choices, text, and shipping information.
You are responsible for uploading content you have the legal right to use. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy/publicity rights.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect Orders that have already been accepted. Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
Payment is due at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge it for your Order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines, methods, costs, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
You are responsible for inspecting your Order upon delivery and reporting issues promptly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Our Return & Refund Policy governs returns, replacements, and refunds. Customers have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement. Because most Products are custom-made, returns for reasons such as “changed mind” or “ordered the wrong photo/size” may not be eligible.
If you need to cancel or modify an Order, contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before production begins. Once an Order is in production or has shipped, it may not be cancellable or modifiable.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, are owned by Zelda Corner or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.
9. Uploaded Content and Limited License
By uploading photos or files to the Site, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use and upload the content and to authorize us to process it for your Order.
You grant Zelda Corner a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify (only as needed for production, such as resizing/cropping), and print your Uploaded Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your Order and providing customer support.
We do not claim ownership of your Uploaded Content.
10. User Reviews and Submissions
If you submit reviews, comments, or other non-order content, you grant Zelda Corner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for business purposes (such as marketing and Site improvement). You represent that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights and are not unlawful, defamatory, or misleading.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
11. Prohibited Activities
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or customer data
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Site without permission
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may include links or integrations with third-party services (such as payment processors, analytics providers, or shipping carriers). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or policies.

THE SITE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZELDA CORNER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zelda Corner and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your Uploaded Content.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe your conduct may harm Zelda Corner, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico for the resolution of disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
