Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is:

Zelda Corner offers:
- Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders
- $9.99 Shipping Protection (optional)
Shipping Protection (Loss, Theft, or Damage)
For a flat fee of $9.99, customers may add Shipping Protection at checkout.
This optional service covers:
- Lost packages
- Theft after carrier marks the package as “delivered”
- Items that arrive damaged during transit
If Shipping Protection is purchased, we will replace or refund affected items at no additional cost.
If Shipping Protection is not purchased, claims may be limited to the policies and discretion of the
shipping carrier.
Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable and trusted U.S. domestic shipping partners, including:

- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- Other certified domestic carriers as needed
The carrier used depends on package size, weight, destination, and current network conditions.
Tracking Information

fully covered in cases of extended delays that result in lost packages.
If your order has not arrived after the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate
and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for verifying that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- We will contact you to arrange a reshipment
- Additional shipping fees may apply if Shipping Protection was not purchased
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit:
- With Shipping Protection: We will replace or refund the order at no extra cost.
- Without Shipping Protection: Resolution will follow the carrier’s investigation and
policies, which may vary.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages

- Have the order reshipped
- Request a refund (minus any non-recoverable carrier fees if Shipping Protection was not purchased)
