This Return & Refund Policy explains our procedures for returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations for purchases made through our website

1. Policy Overview
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. Our operations are based in the United States.
We offer a 60-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. Returns are accepted for any reason within this window,
provided the return meets the conditions in this policy.
Return shipping is free for eligible returns within the 60-day return window.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 60 days of delivery for any reason, as long as the item meets the conditions below:
- The return request is submitted within 60 days of delivery.
- The item is returned in original condition (unused, uninstalled, and not damaged after delivery), and includes all original components.
- The item is packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please see Section 6 for a faster resolution.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items reported more than 60 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or accidents
- Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase (if applicable)
Note: Custom-made or personalized products (including products created from your uploaded photo(s)) are eligible for return within 60 days under this policy,
provided they meet the eligibility conditions in Section 2.
4. How to Start a Return (Return Authorization)
Before sending anything back, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization and the correct return instructions.
Returns sent without authorization may be rejected.

- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return (optional but helpful)
- Photos of the product and packaging if the item arrived damaged/defective (see Section 6)
Important: The address shown on our website is not necessarily the return address. We will provide the correct return address or next steps after reviewing your request.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
Return shipping is free for eligible returns requested within 60 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions (and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label).
Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 60 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
To help us process your request efficiently, please:
- Keep all original packaging and protective materials
- Take clear photos of the product, the affected area (if any), and the outer packaging
- Send the photos along with your order number to contact@zelda-corner.com
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement (reprint), a return for refund, or another appropriate solution. Return shipping is free for eligible cases.
7. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
The time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
Typical timeframes:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5–10 business days
8. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued if an item is returned in a condition that differs from what was approved,
or if damage occurred after delivery due to handling or installation.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase (within 60 days) and placing a new order.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, see Section 6 for a faster resolution.
10. Cancellations
Because custom photo prints are produced quickly, cancellations are only possible before production begins. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately.
- If production has not started, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- If production has started or the order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You can still return eligible items within 60 days of delivery under this policy.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company or payment provider as processing times can vary.
