Welcome to Zelda Corner! We’re committed to delivering your custom photo prints safely, promptly, and in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and ship orders placed on zelda-corner.com (the “Site”).
By placing an order with Zelda Corner, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

Because our products are custom-made, we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed. Processing includes order verification, file review (when applicable), production, quality checks, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions,
processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping within the United States. Delivery estimates begin after your order ships and do not include processing time. All estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping (if available at checkout): 3–4 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Rates & Cost Calculations

Shipping costs (including free shipping promotions, if offered) are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If priority shipping is available, the cost is calculated based on destination and carrier rates.

4. Shipment Origin & Fulfillment

Orders are produced and shipped from our U.S.-based production and fulfillment partners. We use protective packaging to help prevent damage during transit and work with reputable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx (or comparable regional carriers).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link. Tracking updates may take
up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

6. Delivery Issues: Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can happen due to carrier operations, weather, or seasonal volume. If your package is delayed beyond the expected window, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery (or the last tracking update) and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging (for damage claims)
  • Your tracking number and any relevant details

We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement (reprint) or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Zelda Corner is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are only possible before production or shipment begins. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

8. Special Delivery Requests

We do not offer appointment delivery, white-glove service, or inside delivery. If you have special delivery instructions, you may add a note at checkout; however, we cannot guarantee carriers will follow all requests.

9. International Shipping

At this time, Zelda Corner ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

10. Multiple Shipments & Partial Deliveries

In some cases, items within the same order may ship separately (for example, if products are produced at different facilities or have different production timelines). If this happens, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

11. Packaging & Sustainability

We use protective packaging designed to keep your canvas prints safe during transit while minimizing waste where possible. Please recycle packaging materials according to your local guidelines.

12. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Because custom products enter production quickly, cancellations or changes are only possible before production begins.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at contact@zelda-corner.com.

Once an order is in production or has shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

13. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier has accepted the package. If there is a delivery issue, please contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier investigation and resolution.
